Natural beauty regimen

You should warm the liquid and separate the root then you can drink half of this before having breakfast and half few minutes afterwards). It is also used to treat liver, kidney problems, heartburn and stomach upset and an appetite stimulant as well.
Walnut leaves – soaked it in cold water for 12 hours and warm it afterwards. After separating the leaves you can use the liquid to wash your face.
Aloe leaves – cut it into long strips and put the liquid in a plastic bag. Apply this liquid before going to bed, apply a thin layer and leave it through the night. It is best to use if it is cold.
Chamomile – it has an apple like scent, it makes hair shiny, smooth and gives hair a pleasant smell. You have to soak the flower in one liter of boiling water, rinse your hair with this and you have to remember not to rinse it afterwards. It doesn’t just make your hair smell good and shiny it also clams the mind, eases stress and can also treat skin infection such as eczema, rashes, dermatitis and sunburn just to name a few.
Exfoliating can make your skin soft, smoother and free from rough and dry spot and its also good for blood circulation. Sugar, salt, crush nuts, loofa and oatmeal are some of the things that you can use for exfoliating.
There are different types of exfoliating scrub for your face and your body. If you have a delicate and sensitive skin you should opt to sugar scrub as it has smaller granules. You can also use this for shaving your legs.
Oatmeal, herbs and other non-abrasive ingredients can be used for facial scrub. It is advisable not to use it around the delicate eye area.
